Touch with the fingertips of both hands lightly the points a bit above the eyebrows (frontal cusp).

Balance Card They then focus on a particular setting or a feeling that you would like to deal more positively. Close your eyes, consciously let go the tension in your body. Take a deep breath here and off you feel how your breathing settles down more evenly. They perform more and more relaxation and wellbeing.

This exercise brings back more energy and attention. Stress is reduced, so that once rational thinking without emotional overlay is available. A new response to the corresponding situation is possible.
